How does it work?
GREEN is a fabric coated with titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles.
When UVA rays hit GREEN fabrics, a chemical process begins that converts oxygen and water vapor from the atmosphere into OH and O2 cleaning agents.
OH (blue arrow) converts organic dirt and Volatile organic compounds into minerals and gas and returns to H2O.
O2 (blue arrow) reduces nitrogen oxide (Nox) one of the most harmful gases present in the atmosphere, to relatively harmless nitrate.
This process is repeated million of times to clean the surface and the air thatcomes into contact with it,reduced nitrogen dioxide levels by 55% in laboratory tests.
GREEN also produces an approximate reduction of mold by 60% and has a self-cleaning effect of around 70%.
